Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.designerbabybrands.co.nz website (the “site”) operated by Designer Baby Brands (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our service. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Delivery and Returns.
 
Registration
You may access areas of the Site that requires registration by becoming a registered member and creating an account with us. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other account identifiers which you choose and all activities that occur under your account.
To be able to apply for an account with us and to be a retailer of the goods we supply, you need to Contact Us in regards. If you are a customer and would like to purchase any of our goods, please refer to our list of Retailers.
 
Price Increase
Prices presented on our site at time of login may be subject to change. We supply goods from overseas brands, therefore prices can increase due to exchange rate and shipping costs. We may increase the price between the date of order and date the goods are available for delivery. We will notify you by email if there are any price increases related to your order. If this occurs, you may cancel the order but we will not be liable for any losses you incur in connection with the cancellation.
 
GST
Unless otherwise stated, the prices presented on our website are exclusive of Goods and services Tax (GST). You will be required to pay GST which will be calculated in checkout and shown in your invoice.
 
Payment
Full payment of the account/s is, unless otherwise agreed, due by the 20th day of the month following the month of invoicing. If you have any questions regarding Payment, please Contact Us. If you fail to pay us within the payment Terms, then the unpaid amount will incur interest and your account will be suspended until account has been fully paid for. We will retain ownership of all goods until the account has been paid.
 
Risk
Risk in the goods will pass to you when you take possession of them.
