Delivery and Returns


Returns Policy

It is very important to us at Designer Baby Brands that you are happy with your purchase. Warranty is provided by the retailer and can vary depending on what items are purchased.  Return Policy is with the retailer.

Some items cannot be returned if it is not a manufacturing fault.

Goods are returned to Designer Baby Brands at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

Damages

We will replace your purchase against any manufacturers fault or damage caused by transport. Please contact the office manager first to discuss any damages office@designerbabybrands.co.nz

 

 

Delivery

We take great care in bringing you innovative Baby Products from all over the world of the highest quality. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and will notify you when it will be available/when the new shipment is due. Your order will be shipped within five working days of order or within five working days of shipment arriving.

Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Shipping and Cost

We only ship these products within New Zealand. Your shipping cost will be calculated on your invoice; because they are large and heavy they are subject to additional shipping fees. Therefore, shipping costs will vary in each order and location within New Zealand.
